Enough is Enough for Elson Floyd

    What is with everyone and their brother honoring Elson Floyd? Apparently they issued a proclamation in his honor in Jeff City. It's not like the guy is retiring after years and years of exceptional service. He did his job and jumped at the chance to ditch the UM system as soon as a better job came along.
