Arrested 60 Times?

    The 20 year old that was driving the car in which a 17 year old was killed had been arrested 60 times previously by the Columbia Police. How are you on the streets and driving after being arrested 60 times? I hope this man was driving without a license. When exactly is enough, enough and we throw away the key? Can we at least ship him to a deserted island? He obviously isn't an asset to society.
